Visiting the website

Wix and hosting providers process technical information, including IP address, time and browser information, to deliver, operate and protect the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working and secure website under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Technical information is retained for as long as necessary for operation, troubleshooting, security and legal obligations. Provider log and backup cycles may affect final deletion.

The site's code does not include Google Analytics or a Meta pixel. Read about cookies.

Contacting us

We process your email address, any name and information you send to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)), or necessary steps before entering a contract where Article 6(1)(b) applies. Please avoid sending sensitive information.

Enquiries are retained while being handled and afterwards only where there is a specific need for follow-up, documentation or legal claims. Email and IT providers may process information on our behalf.

Signing up is voluntary. We use your email address and consent to send newsletters from Lunia Park about park development, news and upcoming reveals. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a). We use Wix Forms and Wix Email Marketing. On the website you enter your email address and confirm consent in a dialog before the signup is sent to Wix. No subsequent email confirmation is required. On the separate Wix fallback form, consent is given by selecting the checkbox and submitting. Wix may record submission data, timestamps and subscription status as evidence.

You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our newsletters or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We use your email for the newsletter until you unsubscribe or the newsletter ends. After unsubscribing it must not be used for further newsletters. Necessary consent evidence may be kept separately for up to two years after its last use to document lawful marketing, based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). A limited suppression record may be kept to prevent accidental resubscription.

Providers and processing outside the EU/EEA

Wix.com Ltd. and its subprocessors provide hosting, forms and newsletter functions. Hosting protection may involve Cloudflare. Information may be processed outside the EU/EEA, including Israel and the United States. Wix's data processing agreement describes transfer safeguards, including European Commission adequacy decisions where applicable and standard contractual clauses for other relevant transfers. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may always object to direct marketing. Contact development@luniapark.com. We normally respond within one month and may request information needed to verify your identity.
